Huddersfield BID is pleased to offer eligible levy-paying businesses the opportunity to gain the Highfield Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification through the Huddersfield BID Business Levy Investment Fund. 

The course will be held over 3 days, from Monday 14 September to Wednesday 16 September, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm each day.

Around 70% of learners who complete a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification in the UK do so through Highfield Qualifications, making it one of the country's most trusted awarding organisations.

During this intensive 3-day course, you'll cover:

• Food safety legislation and compliance.

• Good hygiene practices.

• Food safety management procedures.

• Contamination prevention and microbiology.

• Safe temperature control and monitoring.

The course is fully funded for eligible Huddersfield BID levy-paying businesses.

 A £50 refundable deposit is required to secure your place. This will be refunded in full once you have attended all 3 days and successfully completed the course.
