Flex: Hot desking & co-working
We know you don’t always work the same way every day. Sometimes you need a desk away from the office. Sometimes you need a break from working at home. And sometimes you just need a space that’s set up and ready to go.
Flex at The Media Centre gives you that choice.
As a Flex member, you can book a desk by the day or week if you need something flexible. We also offer pre-paid packages, so you can buy days in advance, use them as you need, and save a little on the daily rate.
If you want something more consistent, Flex: Your Desk gives you a dedicated desk of your own.
It feels like your own space within a shared office, with the added benefits of The Media Centre, including use of the address, 24/7 access, and free access to meeting rooms.
You’ll also have access to our communal breakout space next to reception. It’s there for a change of scene, a quick meeting, or just somewhere to sit and take a proper break.

The above packages offer Flex Members the hire of a hot desk for 1 person with access to high-speed Wi-Fi and our Breakout space
The packages can be booked for use on weekdays, 8.30am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays or advertised closed periods)

Up to 32 hours of free meeting room hire per month
Kitchenette access
A business address with mail receipt and handling
Your business name displayed in The Media Centre Reception
All for £165 per month + VAT on a rolling monthly contract with 1 month’s notice.
