All our rooms are fully accessible and benefit from natural daylight and air conditioning. A selection of equipment is available at no extra cost, including Video Conferencing, making it easy to share information with both in-person attendees and those joining remotely.

When it’s time for a break, our on-site team provide a variety of refreshments and catering options. A kiosk is also available at reception for anyone looking for something a little different.

Here at The Media Centre, we have 6 rooms available for hire, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm.

The prices detailed below are for room hire only and exclude VAT

£50 per hour / £220 per day
Boardroom Style: up to 24 people
Meeting Room: up to 30 people
Theatre Style: up to 50 people
Semi-circle of chairs: up to 40 people

£30 per hour / £170 per day
Boardroom Style: up to 20 people
Meeting Room: up to 25 people
Theatre Style: up to 20 people
Semi-circle of chairs: up to 16 people
