To help employers comply with their responsibilities Huddersfield BID are offering training for its Levy payers covering menopause awareness, and sexual harassment prevention.

Areas covered include the employer’s duties regarding preventing workplace harassment and accommodating employees experiencing menopause.

You will also learn how to put together your policies , as well as how to conduct a sexual harassment risk assessment.
